To officiate lacrosse at any level in South Florida, you must be a member of the SFLOA.
FULL MEMBERSHIP
Officiate: Youth League, Middle School, High School & Club Tournaments
For Returning Members, a late fee of $15 will be added if registration is received after January 1, 2026.
You will also need to:
– Register with USA Lacrosse and become a certified USA Lacrosse Official. (Required LOA Selection = SFLOA) | Join/Renew
– Register with FHSAA | Join/Renew
– Obtain & Acquire a State ID Badge | Apply
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
Officiate: Youth League
New or Returning Member – $25 for 2026 Season
You will also need to:
– Register with USA Lacrosse and become a certified USA Lacrosse Official. (Required LOA Selection = SFLOA). | Join/Renew
Note: If you are already a member with USA Lacrosse as a Player or Coach, you should not have to pay any additional fees. You simply need to have them add “Official” to your membership.
