To officiate lacrosse at any level in South Florida, you must be a member of the SFLOA.
2025 MEMBERSHIP TYPES
FULL MEMBERSHIP
Officiate: Youth League, Middle School, High School & Club Tournaments
Returning or New Member – $70 Association Dues, No Training Class Fee
For Returning Members, a late fee of $10 will be added if registration is received after January 26, 2025.
Complete the form and bring it with you, along with your payment and copy of your State of Florida Background Badge to the Mandatory Meeting. or mail it to:

– Register with USA Lacrosse and become a certified USA Lacrosse Official. (Required LOA Selection = SFLOA) | Join/Renew
– Register with FHSAA | Join/Renew
– Obtain & Acquire a State ID Badge | Apply
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP

Note: If you are already a member with USA Lacrosse as a Player or Coach, you should not have to pay any additional fees. You simply need to have them add “Official” to your membership.
